Hi..It's Coccydynia, as pain started after Fall so better consult any orthopedic doctor near by to rule out Coccyx or tailbone fracture. Meanwhile avoid sitting over hard surfaces, use soft cushion while sitting/travelling.

Your father has a condition called a stroke, which is of two types. One is an ischemic stroke, caused by a clot, and the other is a hemorrhagic stroke, which involves bleeding in the brain. There are several causes of stroke, including hypertension, diabetes, smoking, alcohol consumption, and high blood cholesterol or lipids. You did not mention your father's age or lifestyle. Based on what you described, if the MRI suggests a clot, it indicates an acute stroke. This means a clot has formed in the brain, which can lead to paralysis on one side of the body, such as the arm and leg on the right side. This condition requires emergency treatment. A clot-dissolving injection must be administered within four and a half hours. If treatment is delayed beyond this window, the injection may not be effective, and other supportive care, such as oxygen and medications, will be required. If treatment is delayed, regular physiotherapy will be essential. With consistent therapy over three months, your father could gradually improve by up to 90%. Your support and care will be crucial in his recovery.

Stone in the neck of bladder can cause obstruction to the bile flow. We have to do few blood tests to rule out infection and jaundice. If there is no jaundice we can proceed with laparoscopic gall bladder removal.

The most effective way to reduce bp naturally 1) salt restriction/reduction.if salt completely stopped for 6 months, ur bp automatically comes to normal. 2) increased water intake, 4 to 5 ltr perday, which help to excrete excess salt in body. N keeps body hydrated 3) weekly 2 to 3 times intake of beet root juice, which contains nitrates , that dialtes blood vessels n decrease bp.4) daily exercises helps to excrete excess sodium in sweat n also lot of co benefits. As soon as u r diagnosed with hypertension, start medicine immediately rather than trying with natural ways of reduction. Because vessel elasticity will be lost , which can't be regained again. After controlling with diet n medicine, we can slowly decrease medicine dose n remove permanently. If we take salt again, ur bp bounces back again. Bp, sugar, are the most common lifestyle disorders, that can reversed with diet.

This is common condition during adolescence due to increase in pubertal hormones which is responsible for increased sebaceous gland secretions and hence acne and dandruff. The solution is to use daily face cleanser and atleast weekly twice thorough shampooing for scalp. Your dermatologist can help you with topical medications.

Hello, tailbone or coccygeal pain can be because of multiple reasons like trauma, prolonged sitting and pressure over the area, abnormal posture etc. Since you have mentioned that you had a fall prior to the onset of pain and there is no relief with pain killers I would suggest you see an orthopedician for detailed clinical examination to rule out any fracture and if necessary for evaluation.

Boils on legs are very common skin infection caused by bacteria which may need oral antibiotics also. It can be seen in kids with good immunity as well as in immunodeficient kids also. So you need to see your pediatrician and confirm this diagnosis and get treatment.
