Hello, sir. You mentioned severe headache. You didn’t grade how much it is bothersome, right? You can’t do any work because of headache. You have to mention which side is headache, whether it was associated within a watering of eyes, any ringing things in the ear, whether it is associated with any other symptoms, or it is aggravated with any sounds and any light, exposed to light colors, more severe headache. You didn’t mention as per a statement, you didn’t mention your age too. the so-called severe headaches have a more complex entity like subdural haemorrhage, So severe headache mean like thunder, a headache which you never experienced in your lifetime. But as I routinely encountered so many people daily, if it was presented with tension could be tension head ache too, as migraine goes like if it is your headache is one side which increases on exposed to light, hearing loud sounds and which subsides with the sleep, when you go to sleep and also the diming light helps then it may be a migraine. Migraines need further evaluation by physician, so please visit your physician.

Like if you have any running nose, if you have any heaviness along with headache it might be sinusitis. You can see that time you have to take Amoxiclav antibiotic, 625 Mg per morning and night, and also Montelukast have to take night for five days and you have to take a rest. Also, paracetamol two times, three times a day, depending upon your severity. And avoid cold water drinking and or take hot water. And moreover, it is an idiopathic headache. Sometimes there is no reason. It might be stress-related. So, you have to mention which side is the headache or what makes get the headache relieved and What makes your headache increase, if still headache do not subside then, you have to consult a good physician and you might need to go further with the MRI brain. Thank you.
