As u have already passed the growing age only surgical procedure can increase in ur height but it is associated with many complications and long period of recovery .

The normal recovery period or a intra articular fracture like urs is 8 to 12 weeks .it’s already past 12 weeks post surgery so u have to gradually increase the weight bearing with support initially and without support as tolerated by 2 weeks time from now.continue PHYSIOTHERAPY .as it is intra articular fracture some amount of limitation of range of movements in knee can be there .consultant ur primary surgeon if u have swelling with pain and fever where u have to rule out infection.
