Hello, tailbone or coccygeal pain can be because of multiple reasons like trauma, prolonged sitting and pressure over the area, abnormal posture etc. Since you have mentioned that you had a fall prior to the onset of pain and there is no relief with pain killers I would suggest you see an orthopedician for detailed clinical examination to rule out any fracture and if necessary for evaluation.

The normal recovery period or a intra articular fracture like urs is 8 to 12 weeks .it’s already past 12 weeks post surgery so u have to gradually increase the weight bearing with support initially and without support as tolerated by 2 weeks time from now.continue PHYSIOTHERAPY .as it is intra articular fracture some amount of limitation of range of movements in knee can be there .consultant ur primary surgeon if u have swelling with pain and fever where u have to rule out infection.

Mostly height increses up to age of 18 to 20.do regular streching exercises, take good natural food like sprouts n fruits for good results.
