Hello, tailbone or coccygeal pain can be because of multiple reasons like trauma, prolonged sitting and pressure over the area, abnormal posture etc. Since you have mentioned that you had a fall prior to the onset of pain and there is no relief with pain killers I would suggest you see an orthopedician for detailed clinical examination to rule out any fracture and if necessary for evaluation.

- RE: Today, I had a general health checkup, and my Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) level was 15.88.Asked on July 19, 2024 in General Health.
A TSH value of 15.88 is very much higher than the upper limit of normal. Please recheck it again on fasting blood sample and if it is still high you need to consult a general physician or an endocrinologist for further management. Sometimes you may not pick up the less common symptoms of hypothyroidism or the symptoms may manifest little later. Your physician or endocrinologist will help you.

Drugs used for Rheumatoid (ar….) like (me…….) and (hy…) can rarely do cause tinnitus. You must see an ENT surgeon for investigating the cause of tinnitus. If it is significant and (me……) is the cause of tinnitus, then you may need a rheumatologist review for change of your medication for Rheumatoid (ar….).
