Stone in the neck of the gall bladder can cause biliary colic if it obstructs the bile flow. So we have to do blood tests to rule out infection and jaundice. Then the treatment based on severity of the symptoms. If the pain is settling with medications we can try paid killers otherwise we have to proceed with laparoscopic gall bladder removal.
