Skin condition

A week back I worked in a backyard with thorn bushes. And I got 3, 4 scratches. And it it developed into this after a week. I got bitten by mosquitos As well(on the sameday) I went to see a doctor yesterday and he gave me itroconazole. Since then a few appeared in between. Please help.
