My 13-year-old son has dandruff and rashes with pimples all over his face. I have attached his photo for your reference. Thank you, Doctor, and I look forward to your advice.

This is common condition during adolescence due to increase in pubertal hormones which is responsible for increased sebaceous gland secretions and hence acne and dandruff. The solution is to use daily face cleanser and atleast weekly twice thorough shampooing for scalp. Your dermatologist can help you with topical medications.
