This is common condition during adolescence due to increase in pubertal hormones which is responsible for increased sebaceous gland secretions and hence acne and dandruff. The solution is to use daily face cleanser and atleast weekly twice thorough shampooing for scalp. Your dermatologist can help you with topical medications.

Sleeping for 12 hours including nap time is normal in this age group. However it should not disturb her academic or other activities. If she is tired or drowsy even after her sleep or showing lack of interest in studies , she should get pediatrician opinion and evaluation to look for anemia , thyroid function or any other causes.

Hi..Basically green colour stool is not worrisome if baby has no other complaints and thriving well. It is due to bile in stools. It is also seen in few formula fed infants also. However if baby is having any other symptoms like not gaining weight, persistent loose stools, inconsolable cry etc, consult with your Pediatrician.

Try to give 2-3 meals per day plus breastfeeding. Start with thick porridge and well-mashed foods. Begin with 2-3 tablespoons and then gradually increase the quantity. Try to include all vegetables including green leafy vegetables in the diet . Dal Khichdi with vegetables is a better option than plain rice porridge. Include sprouted pulses and grains. Give one serving of fruit everyday as a healthy snack. Avoid beverages, fruit juices, biscuits and commercially available cereal mixes.

hi Sivakumar, welcome onboard, can you please elaborate on your question? like the child is 3.5 years old with ADHD, and the rest of the question relevant to hemoglobin and how much ERT is a little unclear, if you can explain us, then you could receive a specific answer from our colleague doctors and that would help you understand the child's health condition much better.
