Hello Dhanashrkarapandiyan This is very common problem encountered by many software professionals, called as computer vision syndrome I suggest few things to reduce your discomfort Proper position in front of computer screen means straight posture avoid bending of neak etc20-20-20 rule Means every 20 mins of your work look away from your screen for 20 seconds towards object 20 feet awayIce packs to your eyes end of the day gives eye comfortOver the counter lubricant eye drops like Refresh tears liquids eye drops 4-5 times a day avoid drying of eyesHope this helps

Do hot compress for 5 min 2 times daily with cloth socked in like warm water, systemic NSAID helps in alleviate pain and if severe can use oral broad spectrum anti biotic, please do consult your ophthalmologist before starting medication

You might be having dry eyes. Try using Systane / Soha eye drops 4times daily for 2 weeks. if not better, consult your nearest ophthalmologist
