      Hello Dhanashrkarapandiyan
This is very common problem encountered by many software professionals, called as computer vision syndrome
I suggest few things to reduce your discomfort
Proper position in front of computer screen means straight posture avoid bending of neak etc

      20-20-20 rule
Means every 20 mins of your work look away from your screen for 20 seconds towards object 20 feet away

Ice packs to your eyes end of the day gives eye comfort

Over the counter lubricant eye drops like Refresh tears liquids eye drops
4-5 times a day avoid drying of eyes

      Hope this helps
