Left Hand and Chest Pain

Hi Doctor,

I am 33 year man , have no other complaints till today , i have Major Doubt.. My left hand, Chest and neck Pain., So I checked ECG.,ECG also No problem., (Doctor said That) But pain little bit reduced.. now what can i do?
